New Stores Coming to North Myrtle Beach!

Coastal North Town Center in North Myrtle BeachCoastal North Town Center is coming to North Myrtle Beach and bringing some stores that we all are excited to welcome!

Today, the North Myrtle Beach City Council and RealtyLink, LLC held a groundbreaking ceremony for Coastal North Town Center in North Myrtle Beach. The Town Center, located on the site of the former Robber’s Roost Golf Course, will offer 348,000 square feet of commercial space and will open for business in late 2014.

The big box stores that have committed to Coastal North Town Center include Publix, TJ Maxx, Ulta Beauty, Hobby Lobby, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ross Dress for Less, Rack Room Shoes, PetSmart, and Versona Accessories.

RealtyLink will identify outparcel tenants at a later date. The outparcel tenants will be a mix of restaurants and smaller retail stores.

So, Myrtle Beach, what additional stores and restaurants would you like to join the above stores?  Maybe Trader Joes…?
