Do you have stuff in your closet, garage, etc. that you keep holding on to but never use? Here is your chance to dispose of it. On November 3, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Keep North Myrtle Beach Beautiful Commission will hold its annual Citywide Home Cleanup Day.
The annual home cleanup day provides residents with an opportunity to clean out their closets, attics, garages, and storage sheds. During the event, residents may bring appliances, TVs, furniture, paint, pesticides, chemicals, oil and tires to the City of North Myrtle Beach Sanitation Facility located on 2nd Avenue South. (Medical waste will not be accepted.) Keep North Myrtle Beach Beautiful volunteers will be on hand to assist participants in placing items in the proper area or container.
Goodwill Industries will have a truck at the drop-off site to collect any usable furniture or appliances. We like that; recycle and turn your trash into cash for a good cause!
