9th Annual Dragon Boat Festival on Saturday from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm at Market Common. Enjoy watching teams compete while raising funds for Ground Zero. Fun for the whole family.
Earth Day Music Fest and Diabetes 5K kicks off on Saturday at 8:00 am with music, vendors and food at the Myrtle Beach Speedway. Proceeds from race registration, sponsorship, and fundraising will benefit The Wellness Council for SC, our youth program and our efforts to help in diabetes management and prevention. Diabetes touches us all, and knowing how to deal with it effectively in a healthy and natural way can make all of the difference.

SOS Health Care has partnered with Burro Loco for the annual Stache Dash Color 5Que run at The Hulk off Frontage Road B-2 in Carolina Forest. Race begins at 9am on April 29th. Proceeds benefit SOS Health Care!

Socastee Heritage Festival on Saturday from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm at the Socastee Swing Bridge. Free kids activities, music and over 200 vendors.
Third Annual “Blue Lights and Red Stripes” Flag Football Game on Saturday from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm at Ashley Booth Field. The Myrtle Beach Police and Fire Departments are teaming up with the Boys and Girls Club of the Grand Strand for an exhibition-style flag football game. Admission is free, and donations to the Boys and Girls Club of the Grand Strand are welcome.
Taste of the Coast 2017, returns to the House of Blues in Barefoot Landing on Saturday from 11:00am – 4:00pm and is a family-friendly, culinary event held by Risen Christ Christian Academy. This year, Taste of the Coast proudly celebrates its 10th year of featuring tasty specialties by the Grand Strand’s finest local restaurants in a fun, relaxing atmosphere. Live, local entertainment will be provided throughout the day along with exciting kid activities. In this audience-interactive improv comedy show, we’ll take suggestions from the audience about the funny things that pertain to Myrtle Beach and we’ll use those suggestions to create instant comedy right before your eyes!
