J-Boogie
This is a press release from Anthony Mantegani from Soundtheraphy and enhanced by others.
Recently our community has endured a tragedy that has deeply affected everyone involved. Sadly we have lost the life of Josh Vaughn, also known as “J-Boogie” at the young age of 19. With the economy down and prices way up local musicians, vendors, and businesses have volunteered to show their appreciation of life by holding a benefit festival entitled ‘J-Boogie Memorial Fest.’ All donations will be given directly to the family to help with costs that they have endured to the abrupt loss of Josh.
The rundown! The benefit show is being held April 28th at Suck Bang Blow (Four Couners located on HWY 17 Bypass in Murrels Inlet, SC). The bands that are performing include: Soundtherapy, Jah-Harvest, The Izm, JC Penny, Circles In Autumn, Rabble N Rebellion, Strike-O-Matics, Lost In The Middle, Exklusive Musik, Pysch Ward, and Rule #9.
Our current sponsors are: Paris Hair Salon, TGI Friday’s, Myrtle Beach Pelicans, Andy Owens Music, Star Music, Surf Skate Music Culture, Carolina Tavern, Tupelo Bay Golf Center, Karma Tattoo, Hamburger Joes, Donatos Pizza, Dagwoods Deli, A&A Produce, NU Horizons Dive Shop, Cheesesteak Factory, Surfside Bowling Center, A&A Produce, Planet Hollywood, Premier Tattoo, Dr.Ink, and many more.
If you have something to donate for the silent auction, call Anthony Mantegani at 843-455-7090.
