From the Garden to the Kitchen: Incorporating Edible Plants in the Landscape’

Brookgreen Gardens’ Horticulture Lecture begins on October 9. This is a chance for all you gardeners and want to be gardeners to learn new skills or enhance what you know.

Brookgreen Gardens is pleased to present a new horticulture program series, Dirt ‘n’ Details, on the second Tuesday of each month. This month’s program will be in the Wall Lowcountry Center Learning Lab I from 12 – 1 p.m. and is free with garden admission. Amber Dendy, Owner of Nitty Gritty Nursery in Murrells Inlet, will give advice on how to make your gardens not only beautiful but edible.

Brookgreen Gardens, a National Historic Landmark and non-profit organization, located on U.S. 17 between Myrtle Beach and Pawleys Island, South Carolina, is open daily to the public.
