The Waccamaw Market Cooperative (WMC) certifies food and agricultural products are grown or raised on farms in the area. They operate stands in North Myrtle Beach, Conway, Georgetown, Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Pawleys Island and Surfside.
