Coastal Uncorked 2012
Coastal Uncorked is a week-long festival with over 30 events, including Restaurant Week, Theme Dinners, Kick off Events, Main Events and the Grand Finale. According to Sara Wise, Executive Director, “This year’s event will be enjoyable for everyone because there are ticket options for every person’s tastes and budget. Having a centralized location will allow guests to enjoy time spent together while still customizing their festival experience based on their area of interest, be it wine, beer, food, or music.”

The Lee Brothers (sponsored by US Foods) and Louis Osteen, a trio of accomplished, James Beard Award-winning chefs, will judge local culinary talent who will compete to take on 2011′s Reigning Champion Eric Masson. Chefs Bradley Daniels, Andrew Gardo, Corbett Rourk, and Eric Wagner will give the crowd a show as they whip up tantalizing dishes with secret ingredients. Guests will enjoy food tastings from The Brentwood, Croissants, Damons, Gordon Biersch, Martin’s Restaurant, The Dunes Club, HGTC, and Royal Cup, plus wine and spirits tastings. Cash bar available for beer and mixed drinks.
