Black Dog Running Company Group Run

Mondays will now be Rundays at Black Dog Running Company. Starting on Monday November 7th we will be hosting an additional Group Run from the shop at 6pm. This will have more of a workout direction, versus our ever popular Thursday Social Runs.
It is unlike any other group run on the Strand, featuring a combination of strength and run. We will do a varied weekly workout of 15 minutes of stretching/body weight exercises (think squats, lunges, planks, pushups, etc) and follow with a 45 minute run to help build strength and keep you training consistently. It’s free, fun and a great way to kick off your week.

Sports Camp is back this summer for all Kindergarten – 12-year-old kids. Parents, mark your calendars for June 5–7 from 5:30pm–8:45pm. Registration packets can be found in the Kids World area of your campus. (This event is $25 per child / $20 per additional sibling.)​
