Wicked Glow Flow Yoga

Glow…. Flow….Come blast away any stress or negativity and start your weekend with a fun Spooky GLOW YOGA flow with Marisa! Practice under neon and black lights, and add a new twist to finding your balance. A lively, fun soundtrack will fill the room and each participant will be given FREE glow in the dark swag….. Take advantage of the black lights- wear your favorite white or neon clothes and make a statement!!! Better yet, come all spooky for Halloween fun.

Consider it a uniquely wicked yoga party experience with all your friends!! Come and glow with us!

We provide the glow sticks, glow body paint, amazing music and a great class! Make new friends.

Join us as we explore simple and natural self-care Ayurvedic practices for fall to minimize stress and put us back in sync with nature. Wear comfortable clothing to move in.

Ayurveda, “the science of life” is a healing system that originated thousands of years ago in India. It is based on the idea that good health depends on the balance between mind, body, and spirit.
Known as nature’s medicine, Ayurveda focuses on restoring balance through self-care practices that can include massage, specialized diets, herbs, aromatherapy, and exercise.

*This will be short condensed mini introduction and depending on demand will creat a more in depth workshop at a later date
