Basil’s Pizza Family Fun Run will be held September 7 at McLean Park in North Myrtle Beach. The one mile run/walk is designed to promote a healthy and active lifestyle. The $8.00 registration fee includes dinner, medal, t-shirt and a concert featuring the Coco Loco Party Band.
The band will play from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The one mile run/walk will start at 6:00 p.m. Dinner will be served before and after the run/walk.
The North Myrtle Beach school with the most participation in the event will receive a monetary donation. Last year, North Myrtle Beach Middle School won the participation prize.
