The Oceanfront Merchants Association and the City of Myrtle Beach will sponsor Oktoberfest on Saturday, October 6, on Ocean Boulevard. Admission is free! The festival begins at noon and concludes with a firework show at 11:00 p.m. Ocean Boulevard will showcase both food and art vendors. Some of the featured musicians and bands will be Bloodkin (with Bobby Keys of the Rolling Stones), Dirty Dozen Brass Band, the Ben Miller Band, Weaving the Fate, Dangermuffin, N’Tranze, Broken Strings, the Channellheimer Oompah Band and the Chardon Polka Band.
